Token serial sending by the list of accounts, separated spaces or comma.

Example:

cacdex-21 sends 1 ALGO.GAS per account to cacdex-20, cacdex-22, cacdex-23, cacdex-24 and cacdex-25
Total sends 5 ALGO.GAS
Transfer fee per account 0.86869 ALGO.GAS
Total tnansfer fee 0.86869*5=4.34345‬ ALGO.GAS
