比赛还是优先保证隐私吧，因为有的人手误可能就共享了
也可以在管理比赛的界面增加一个可选，让root来决定是否可�
��共享

嗯 想了下 
一个很简单的操作就好，提交的代码，如果题目处于比赛期��
�，强制其不允许共享即可。
