希望数据的格式能够忽略unix和dos的区别 #15

免不了编辑数据文件的人要在windows下产生数据，
这样出来大data.in和data.out都是带有^M的换行，但是经测这样的
数据会导致PE

故希望数据的格式能够忽略unix和dos的区别

临时解决方案是用dos2unix（或者fromdos, ubuntu 
10.04+）处理一下输入输出数据。。

在Win下生成数据的时候，fopen用"wb"，就不会出现^M的情况～。
