No more than 64 cores available

hello. I'm having trouble using threads beyond 64 cores.

Use the engine.
It uses 64 cores and 128 threads 3990x. The operating system is Windows 11 Pro 24h2.

No matter which GUI program you use, you cannot use more than 64 cores in the engine.
The same symptom occurs even if you install Windows Server 2025 / Windows 11 Workstation.

Is there any solution for this problem?

The engine must be capable of using all 128 threads

The photo below is using the Stockfish-16 version and is the result I was looking for!
