[Suggestion] Change database to CockroachDB

As I see, today, API crashed 2 times, just the database is full of requests, and it can not withstand it, most likely, the database has not a lot of resources or it is poorly configured, but, I suggest changing the database, PostgreSQL is not very suitable for such a loaded project
