GitHub API change breaks Fabric8 integration #1345

New GitHub repositories now receive a 64-bit commit status ID value. This breaks Jenkins builds under Fabric8 with the error:

Server returned HTTP response code: 201, message: 'Created' for URL

The github-api-plugin needs to be upgraded to 1.90 or greater.
