Make 0.2.0 Easier to Deploy

With the introduction of the bigip_map object to define the BIG-IP deployment, we have extended the capabilities of this module while at the same time making basic deployments harder.

Determine ways to make a 1-nic, 2-nic and 3-nic deployment as easy as they were in the 0.1.x releases.
