Add search filter in drop downs

Describe the bug
We should be able to do a search filter with in a drop down so that we can find specific records, if there are large data sets to find the correct entry is difficult

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Admin UI
2. Select a drop down of a filter option
3. Try to type in to the box search box

Expected behavior
Users can enter text which will filter the grid based on the text for that field

Actual behavior
Users can not type into the box
