Sometimes the replays are shorter than it's set in source

I don't know why and when. I set it to 10 seconds. Sometimes it works perfectly for all the replays, sometimes it works incorrectly for most of them and they're 1-9 seconds. You also can get times like these:

I think it may be related to scene switches, but can't say for sure.

Restarting OBS fixes it.
