Move transition bugged?

So I am not a professional at this at all I am sorry but I installed the move transition plugin and I had the plugin working with my webcam.
When I first installed it I was moving around with the panning for random and it would move around to the sides and I thought it would be a funny redeem on my stream the pan to go somewhere and id have to move myself to get into the camera like my chat is messing around with me. Well I spammed on it so much it stopped working along with the rest of the ones. Stuff like tilt and others wouldnt work.

The reason why i did this i was messing around with this and i made my zoom do its thing and i deleted the filter and it didnt fix it probably becuase I was spamming it. Is there a guide I can follow to fix this or a way to make sure i always reset this as someone who is newer to move filters in obs. I apologize its just i feel like this is the best place to send this information I know your busy and i thank you for your hard work. Thank you.
