[FEATURE REQUEST]Notes offset - y

Thick notes(Notes offset - h 8, 16pixel thickness)

Normal notes(12pixel thickness)

beatmaniaIIDX implementation(Very thick)

This misalignment makes me prone to hit earlier when notes scroll speed is slow(SOF-LAN), so causing fast judge.
So, at least, I want it aligned manually by using Notes offset - y.
