Remove installer status beacons

FastStart utilizes an anonymous and simple web callback to report on the success / failure of each install. This was originally done to improve quality by identifying primary failure conditions to be fixed. Due to many factors related to the acquisition of Eucalyptus Systems Inc, we need to remove the beacon.

If these are what you're referring to, I believe this can be done quite simply by removing these lines.
