Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Various reports regarding difficulty with long reading times on our current docs experience have been brought to our notice by the Solidity user community.

The most recent being this tweet.

The complain is that the current dark mode is strenuous and jarring for the eyes especially while spending prolonged hours reading through the docs.

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple and quick solution would be to implement a blackout mode in addition to the current light and dark modes. Anyone who finds the dark mode rather intense can switch to the blackout mode for a more minimal reading experience.

Remix is a great example of this approach and has all three modes: light, dark, and black. Would is be possible to implement the black mode from the Remix website for our website as well?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Other alternatives include changing the current dark mode to have a darker blue or grey or a simple back.
