[Tracking] superchain-ops improvements

Tracking issues for superchain-ops improvements. The issues are broken down into two categories, "Blocking Mainnet" and "Non-Blocking Mainnet". These categories are helpful when trying to answer the question, "How do we know when FPS is ready to replace legacy in production?".
(Ignore the sub-issues dropdown section below. The two checklists below are the only issues being maintained.)

Blocking Mainnet (Estimate: )

  • This pr introduced the consolidation of addresses but it hasn't yet been rolled out and used.

• Add Automatic Nested Safe Detection to Multisig Proposal Tooling #468
  • Automatically figuring out if a safe is nested or not isn't blocking mainnet but a nice to have.
• Verify dependency versions #373
• Command to scaffold a new task directory with required files #341
  • This needs to be reconsidered if it's necessary after FPS is added.
• Add storage layout and ABI compatibility checks #339
  • The existing superchain-ops solution doesn't currently support this feature, therefore it's not blocking mainnet.
• Automatically run tasks in CI if task is in a non-terminal state #337
• Automatically check the domain and message hashes sent to Ledger matches the ones in the simulation #195

  • Important that we gain a higher level of assurance that Tenderly's state diff matches ours produced via FPS
