Replace local flow forward model with centrally managed FM from ERT #19

Following equinor/ert#9108 (and https://github.com/equinor/ert-configurations/pull/122) ERT now has a centrally managed version of FLOW (with Equinor internal configuration when running on-premise)

Should delete the local version (https://github.com/equinor/fmu-drogon/blob/main/ert/bin/jobs/FM_OPM_FLOW) from Drogon and use the central one instead.
