mutliple options with snakemake8

  • add a script that performs download
  • stream resources using storage plugins installed via global.yaml
  • ...?

Add all mentioned helper scripts to the respective recipes and link from the main repository to the recipe so it’s always in one place. e.g., as a separate rule before enrichment analysis?
