Arrow which mark shared apps is removed from app's icon when author update fields in app

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
user1 create app01
user1 shared app01
user2 accepted sharing link
for user1 icon of app01 was updated with shared arrow

Steps:

1. by user1 open edit form for app01
2. update any field, e.g. description
3. save app
4. click on Share link
5. refresh page, check icon and share form

Actual result

3. icon of app01 was updated : arrow Shared was removed -> bug
4. on Share form text "This app has not been shared with anyone yet." displayed instead of "Remove access for all users" link -> bug
5. arrow Shared displayed for app01 icon, on Share form "Remove access for all users" link displayed -> ok

Expected result

Arrow Shared should not be removed from app01 , if author update fields in application ( except field "Select folder with source files" in code app which will stop sharing)
