404 error in console appears each time user works with application if the file used as icon was deleted #3046

What happened?

Upload svg file into Manage attachments
Create any application, e.g. custom and use the file from the 1st step
Delete the svg file from manage attachments
Find the app and open it -> the icon is updated to default one (ok), but there is an error in console each time user opens the card; use the app; talk to app -> bug

Expected: TBD can we notify user that the file was deleted? or forbid to delete it in manage attachments because the file is used as an icon?
