feat(chat): Add share icon in applications, sources filters (Issue #2915)

• Add "Share" and "Unshare" context menu options
• Show shared-icon for shared by me applications
• Add filters
• Different options for read and write modes in context menu
• Add unsharing confirmation window
• Add scroll to filter sidebar
