0.18.0

How to reproduce

Precondition:
create prompt with parameter
publish 3 versions of this prompt

Steps:

  1. create new conversation
  2. put "/" into message textbox
  3. select not latest version from published prompt

Actual result

no textbox for parameter displayed

Expected result

user should be able to select any version of prompt while creating new conversation: prompt with parameter or not
