[Publication][Admin view]: 'Back to publication request' button is not available for chats with not allowed model or addon

How to reproduce

Steps:
1.by user create chat with model or addon which is not available for admin
2. by user create folder and put there chat from p1 and another chat
3.by user create publication request for folder
4. by admin review request
5. by admin click "Go to a review" link

Actual result

5. Chat details are displayed
   error message displayed in the bottom "Not allowed model selected. Please, change the model to proceed"
   button "Back to publication request" is absent
   arrow buttons to switch to another item to review also absent

Expected result

Button "back to publication request" and arrow buttons ( if applicable) should be displayed
Error message text need to update, because from this view admin can not change model -TBD

Preconditions:
there is a publication request for chat, agent from this chat is not available ( was deleted, unpublished, etc.)

Steps:

1. by admin select publication request in Approve required section
2. click "Go to a review" link
3. in chat's header in context menu click Duplicate option
4. select duplicate of the chat in side panel - Message "Not available agent selected. Please, change the agent to proceed" displayed -> ok
5. click on settings icon in chat's header

Actual result:
3. chat was duplicated, but duplicate is not highlighted in side panel-> bug
Chat has "Add the agent to My workspace to continue" button -> bug
5. for a second message in the bottom is replaced by button "Add the agent to My workspace to continue" -> bug
