Chat name is changed (postfix is added/updated) if to regenerate response in the first message when chat with postfix exists

How to reproduce

1. Create Chat 1 without attachments and export it
2. Import file with Postfix option -> Chat 2 was created
3. Go to Chat 1 and in the bottom of response click button Regenerate
   

Note: the issue is reproduced with newly created chats where the only one message/response exists

Actual result

Chat 1 changed name to Chat 3
if regenerate response for Chat 2 , it will also change name to Chat 4

Expected result

When regenerate response in existing chat, its name should not change

Still reproduced on staging env - UI version 0.24.0.
Note: no need to export/import, you may create Chat1 and Chat1 (which will be automatically renamed to Chat1 1) manually or sending to the chat this word. Also you may Save&Sumbit the first message to reproduce
