Ente-Auth: "Unknown Hard Error" - Every time after closing the desktop app

Description

Every time the Ente Auth desktop app is closed, I'm presented with this error message.

The app works fine as expected, so I'm not sure why this error is shown.
This is the first time I have installed the app. So can't tell if this would've happened with previous versions also.
Edit: I initially installed 4.2.1 but the error persists in 4.2.2.
