rcin: NOT receiving zeros when RC unplugged

Hello, I have downloaded the last commit and when I disconnect the transmitter the channels are still keeping the same values, and they are not going to 0, as expected. The connected file is always showing 1 and does not go to 0 neither.

I supposed it was fixed because you applied the changes in the commit 7698911 but it does not work yet.
