The tabindex attribute is camelCased tabIndex in SVG documents in Edge #33

The tabindex attribute for SVG is implemented as tabIndex (capital I), and does not work when the (correct) all-lowercase form is used in XML markup or in DOM methods. (It only works in HTML markup because the parser is changing the case.)
