What is the current behavior?

The loading bar is displayed but is just a blue bar and doesn't really indicate the process in loading.

Sailor Orion's Sailor Generator Portrait Shoppe is a great example of a doll that loads a lot of graphics.

What is the expected behavior?

It should reflect how many cels have actually been loaded.
