Identified need - grouping atomic assets
For "embedded resources" - the ability to create packs of assets with text, images and worksheets will add a lot of value to the resources. Next steps? we will loop in with the SMF team who also want to share non-atomic resources.

Identified need - support along the process
For support to the team, either monthly or at the end of each project on how to upload and manage resources. Next steps? Molly to speak to Briony who does this for expenses. Also to consider an "upload-athon" along with guidelines.

Identified need - insufficient tag taxonomy
More generic/holistic tagging is needed. Assets may be about the parent level tag, e.g. the whole education system. Next steps? How can we identify where the holistic tags are necessary, and ensure they are not relied on by 'lazy taggers'

Identified need - traceability of raw content
Assets can be sections of much longer raw content (e.g. 6 min clips from 6 hours of footage). This longer content can still be used in the future. It may also be important to be able to contact the creator of the raw content for copyright purposes. Next steps? How can we ensure that this content is still findable, by assigning the name of the editor/videographer? Should we include space for a contract to be uploaded alongside an asset?
