Description

The touch scroll function is not currently working on Chromedriver 131. This is already captured and fixed on the Chromium issue tracker, but waiting to be released.

I confirmed that if you downgrade to chromedriver 130, the API works.

Solution

Wait until a new Chromedriver version is released.
