[Story] EC in EX: Join a call

• As a user
• I want to join an ongoing call in a room
• so that I can talk with people in the call

Dependencies

• Some of [Prep] EC in EX: Build the foundations #1954 but we can start building the UI without having the full webview + widget API integration

Acceptance criteria

• The user can see there is an ongoing call in a room screen and joins it
• The user receives a text notification for newly created call. Tapping on the notification opens the room. The user can join the call from there
• Anyone in the room must be able to join the call in the room

Out of scope

• DM call / telephone call behavior: there will be no native incoming call ringing in the first iteration
