Bitbucket 7.21.0 doesn't support push options #93

We're running an issue with this minor hook plugin after upgrading Bitbucket 7.10.0 to 7.21.0

Atlassian has been confirmed that Bitbucket ignores the push options and as result, we see this error message:

fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly
error: failed to push some refs

Please advise...Thanks!
