Fix the MISSING_TRANSLATION error

Need to fix the MISSING_TRANSLATION error. The screenshot of the error is attached.

Bug

Header-edx is not pulling the latest translation for the newly added string. Missing translation errors are flooding RUM. Translations were being updated using the Transifex bot up until Jan 2024

Expectations

Header-edx should periodically pull the latest translation for the newly added string. The team needs to figure it out. Why is it not working, or do they need to change the mechanism to pull the latest translation?

We will not move our internal repositories to Atlas at this time. Instead we should continue using the older Jenkins job infrastructure until a suitable replacement is identified. If there are concerns about new strings needing translation support, we should add the header to our 2U Transifex account and then point the Jenkins jobs to the new resource.
