Add confluent API keys/secrets from terraform to vault

I need to add several Kafka key/secret pairs to stage vault in order to test the process for moving the Confluent configuration into terraform. I have access to the keys but not the secrets. Either I need the secrets and then I can update vault myself or
SRE can update the vault. Generally SRE has just shared the secrets with me but idk if we want to continue doing that.

Eventually I'll need to do this for prod as well but not until I've tested things on stage.

I'm using GH to create the issue for my own tracking but will put the vault keys and the terraform addresses of the values I need in the JIRA ticket that gets created.
