Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

When the user starts a workspace with a JetBrains IDE from the Dashboard,
there's Waiting for workspace to start step displayed for a couple of minutes.

If the user opens the editor-injector container logs,
there's just Downloading IDE binaries... message displayed for the same amount of time.

It is difficult to understand whether something is happening at this time.

Describe the solution you'd like

In addition to #23170, we can make the output of the container more verbose.
Like reporting the percentage of the downloading progress.

@azatsarynnyy : I have slightly corrected the issue title to make the difference from #23170 more obvious.
