Che-in-Che development doesn't work for the Che-Code

Describe the bug

I detected that Che-Code build failed when I used Che-in-Che development.

Che version

7.87@latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a workspace for https://github.com/che-incubator/che-code
2. Run Install node dependencies task
3. Run Compile with Yarn task
4. The task ^ fails with the JavaScript heap out of memory error.

Expected behavior

Build of the Che-Code is successful using Compile with Yarn task.
