Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, the load test script https://github.com/eclipse/che/blob/main/tests/performance/load-tests/load-test.sh
needs a devfile registry to create devspaces. But our stakeholders want to run the test independently as a variant using local devfilethe

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the simple defvile (this one can be extended) and change parts of the scripts. For using devfile sample from the file system
