Re-write code utilizing a web framework that includes built-in http server support

Most PHP frameworks seem to be quite large and difficult to install. Based on current findings I think cherrypy would be a good alternative but would require all code be written in python.

i think cherrypy is a little over the top maybe use a smaller framework like bottle or flask or something...
