Hi, thanks for developing this tool, it's been working very efficiently for me. I have a conceptual question regarding the output table. Could you give me a description of "Representative domain"? My results have a combination of TRUE / FALSE, with a bigger proportion of FALSE. I've been wondering if I should use both of them. I'm mainly interested in Gene Ontology and Pathways annotations.
