Meet new BenchmarkDotNet maintainers!

Until recently, BenchmarkDotNet had only two maintainers: @adamsitnik and me. Together we have been maintaining BenchmarkDotNet for many years, watching it grow and evolve. But with this growth, we've been overwhelmed with an ever-increasing number of issues, pull requests, and questions. To better manage these tasks and continue to propel BenchmarkDotNet forward, we've decided to extend our team of maintainers. That said, I'm excited to introduce new members of the BenchmarkDotNet maintainer team: meet @timcassell and @YegorStepanov. Their involvement will allow us to handle tasks more efficiently, speed up project development, and continue enhancing BenchmarkDotNet for all users. Exciting times ahead with Yegor and Tim onboard!
