Add support for per-language configuration

This is a great tool that meets all my immediate needs. If possible, I'd love to see support for configuring the default line length for different languages. When I attempt to do so right now, I get the following warning:

In the meantime, I can mostly work around this by specifying the setting in a project-specific settings.json instead of my global settings, but even that has its limitations once I start working on a project with code in multiple languages.

Hi, thanks for using and commenting with a good idea for one of my little pet projects. :)

I'm afraid, time goes by between me having the time to develop new features for this little extension, but I'll keep your feature request in mind. And I'm happy to take PR's. :)
