data_export is not returning the full data consistently

Hi there,

Context:
We have code exporting domo dataset (~155MB) on an hourly basis for over a year and everything works fine.

Issue:
Starting around September 16 2021, we've observed the csv data export return is missing ~700 rows every now and then.

Attempt to Solve:

• reduced the data set thinking it might be size issue, but no luck here.
• checked the domo-python-sdk changelog that could have affected the datasets.data_export function, but also nothing here.
