Skipped tests here: https://github.com/dolthub/doltgresql/blob/main/testing/go/dolt_tables_test.go#L356

Queries fail with error querying table dolt_commit_diff_test: dolt_commit_diff_* tables must be filtered to a single 'to_commit' even though a to_commit is provided
