Discord.py-self Guide

Rapptz#7654 but for discord.py-self instead. I really liked FastAPI's Docs and Quickstart, something similar for discord.py-self would be pretty cool.

The majority of people that use discord.py-self are not experienced with discord.py, neither do they understand asyncio. A quick introduction to the event loop and how things are processed, along with common terminology as a preface to the guide would definitely be useful.

To address the lack of knowledge with discord.py, we'll probably have to add information regarding basic concepts, or ask them to read something concise and easy to digest, like Vcokltfre's bot tutorial.

Most people use discord.py-self for

• Reading messages (Vcokltfre's tutorial addresses this)
• Interactions (Buttons, Dropdowns, Slash Commands, Modals)
• Status automation (Without risking a 10003)
• Creating public selfbots, which usually have features related to mass actions (mass banning, channel deleting, etc)

Along with the above points, I believe extra information regarding topics such as

• Subclassing minimal help command / subclassing in general
• Setting owner IDs
• Ratelimits
  Would be useful to the developers using discord.py-self.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this, @dolfies.

Any ideas/thoughts regarding this would be appreciated.

Once discord.py's version finishes, I'll look into adapting it for self-bots.
