Move the helm chart to the helm/charts repo

It would be grate to have the flink chart on https://github.com/helm/charts/ for better visibility.

Also, is anyone aware of other charts for flink that are being created, so we could try to combine them?

Hi @joaocc , I can't see any reference on: Helm Official Repo , therefore I assumed there were no actions taken. I'm happy to collaborate on this too.

Hey guys, excellent idea, I happen to have now a bit more time to work on this again. I created a new repo so we can share work on this. @laurauzcategui can you please create a PR first there to do a pre-review before we submit it to upstream.

@joaocc I am not aware of other charts but I definitely think that we should try to become the official one, so let's try to do a first version quickly to get it into the incubator and iterate from there. Of course before we move probably discussing this in the Flink mailing list will be worth for awareness. But well that we can do when we have something ready.
