Was the patch in https://sourceforge.net/p/docbook/feature-requests/448/ ever considered for inclusion in the official stylesheets?

"DocBook 5 allows arbitrary metadata (such as RDF) in info elements. The stylesheets currently generate some RDF metadata but do not copy through existing RDF metadata. It would be nice if they did, in fact, copy this metadata through. I've attached a one-line patch that does this for the namespaced sheets.
