For now the CMakeLists.txt compiles/build the FMU according to the OS you are using the tool on.

We should maybe have the possibility to compile on all platforms and save all the binaries in the same FMU if the system is setup to do so.

This would be very useful. When compiling on Windows it is useful to make both 64-bit and 32-bit binaries in the same FMU.
