Add other interview models

Other attributes that are asked about are (see results from first counting):

• homeless since when?
• nationality
• living situation (with how many people etc.?)

These need to be added and associated with a countee. This will require new UI elements on the new_counting_countee_path. Also, the downloadable CSV will need to be updated.
