Resource Manager Issue with Permissions Question

We are using DNN Release 9.13.6 operating in the Azure environment. We have multiple Page Editors who are unable to upload documents to the Site Assets.

We are using a mix of Azure-connected folders and normal folders. This affects both types of folders.

If I attempt to change the permissions on a high level folder, to set read/write authorizations for the Page Editors Role, by right-clicking on the folder name, and then Save the result. Nothing happens and the permissions are not retained, nor are the permissions transferred to all of the lower level folders and documents.

I have tried many different times and re-synchronized the affected folders; but to no avail.

Is the a known bug and is there a work around, short of having an administrator perform the uploads?

Sounds like you might be hitting this new defect that was recently reported.
