	<p>Our food has a range of influences. We place a great emphasis on flavour, generosity and quality.  We like the different seasons in Britain and we reflect this in our food. Above all we aim to produce uncomplicated and tasty food to the highest standard in your own home or venue.<br/><br/>
	Our service also reflects our straightforward and honest approach. We are always friendly and attentive but not too formal or overbearing. No more silver service and strict portion controls. We strive to set a more relaxed tone with our service while sacrificing none of the professionalism.  We believe that a happy, presentable and motivated team will only add to the enjoyment of the occasion for everyone involved. </p>
