Implement database script ordering / automatic execution

The number of database scripts supporting the Elucidate server is growing and the order in which these scripts need to be execute is not clear.

At a minimum, documentation should be provided that clarifies the order in which these scripts are executed. Preferably, a tool / feature could be implemented that executes the scripts in the correct order.
