Thank you for developing the Morph tool. I am trying to use it for spatial transcriptomics analysis but have found it difficult to proceed due to the lack of a tutorial and example data.

To make the tool more user-friendly and reproducible, I would like to suggest adding:

• A detailed usage tutorial, including code examples.
• Sample datasets that users can run to test and learn the workflow.
• Clear documentation on input data format and expected outputs.

These additions would greatly help users understand and utilize the tool effectively. I hope you can consider providing these resources in the repository.
